ZoomInfo sits early in the stack as the data foundation feeding Clay for personalisation and Instantly/Aircall for multi-channel outreach.
ZoomInfo is the largest and most comprehensive data provider, its also the most expensive.
As a smaller business I would default towards a collection of data enrichment tools like Lusha or SalesQL however once you have scale and wish to solidify all data enrichment into one platform, ZoomInfo is the platform of choice.
The data verification is very strong and can be used in collaboration with other tools. The team are also adding more and more intagrations making it natively connect to other areas of your teams workflows and automations.
Its worth noting that currently the API only works with bulk credits purchased but actively trying to amend this with their team.
Its a more complex tool and consideration should be taken into which plan to purchase prior to accepting terms.
