How do I start?

Recruiter-Tools is a custom white labelled AI agency which provides a selection of custom built AI Agents and workflows integrating to your current tools.
As part of this process there will be an initial introductory session, face to face or via video to get an understanding of your current tools and procedures in order to effectively plan any integrations. It starts with a simple exploratory conversations.

What are the costs?

Recruiter-Tools only generate revenue from the implementation of these custom tools and the business will be responsible for the software costs of used platforms throughout their usage. Each companies usage will be different and therefore its up to them what packages we set up during implementation for the softwares required to execute a successful implementation.
Typically, but dependant on the scale of implementation, the total and running cost which will create the ability to drastically improve all consultants productivity is less than a single consultant.

How do my team use Recruiter-Tools?

Each consultant will be given an account on the Recruiter-Tools platform which will contain all the setup and ready to use chatbots they have access to. These are all fully implemented to your systems and therefore any automatic actions taken by agents on the request of consultants will look like consultant actions on your systems.

The Recruiter-Tools app is web and mobile optimised so your consultants can use their chatbots anywhere and with any device they have.

During our consultation we will talk about how you currently conduct your business and most importantly the clear actions your consultants do that take the most time in the day to clearly target the areas of productivity that can be optimised, we will then show you relevant tools and their use in order for you to decide on what you would like to be implemented in your business.

The results depend on the implementation and most importantly how you guide your consultants to use the products. You can have the best tools on the planet but if they are not correctly implemented into your daily work schedule, you will not see the benefits.

The biggest impact workflows we see are around the ability to increase business development outbound. A typical recruiter in any market may have the ability to manually contact 5 - 30 different contacts per day with valuable outbound. Yes, of course! Although we create and you own these platforms as a business and therefore have the ability to change and edit them as you see fit, they are incredibly complex and therefore we are fully available to assist with any amendments, upgrades or changes necessary to get the best results.
