Clay is best used in collaboration with other tools and as part of a wider workflow. RecruiterTools uses clay as a signal catcher and contact data enricher as part of their wider workflow tools database.

Used in collaboration with other applications Clay provides the backbone for automating a number of recruitment activities for your consultants.

  • Data Search & Enrichment (Find Contacts based on Titles and Locations, Waterfall Email verification)
  • Webhook linking (Acceptance webhooks to allow automatic data in and out of clay to be used with other tools)

Its important to recognise that with any software or platform integration, all these platforms have their own limitations.

If any tools stops working for any reason, contact your Recruiter-tools partner immediately to diagnose and resolve any issues.

Limitations regarding Clay and resolutions:

  1. 50,000 Row and Webhook Limit
    • Clay only accepts a maximum of 50,000 rows and webhook receives per table
    • Once this has been reached, Clay will stop, you will need to contact your Recruiter-tools partner to recreate the table and webhooks and relink to your other platforms
  2. Webhook timing limitations
    • Clay allows a certain number of webhooks into and out of clay per second
    • If you are not receiving the expected results, wait until a quieter period to redo your AI chat as Clay may be reaching incoming and outgoing limits
